2. Participate in school events throughout the year, and earn digital entries towards PTA giveaways – and better your chance of winning our Grand Prize Bike Giveaway!. Scan the QR code at each event/activity and complete form. This is how you earn your digital entries. **Each code will be unique to the event.**

All entries will be tracked, tallied and held electronically by the PTA Board. Throughout the year, your Christie Elementary PTA will hold drawings for different prizes, using this database of digital entries as the audience. If you are the winner, an email will be sent to the address input on the form, and a note will go home with your student.
At the end of the year, we will draw for the Grand Prize – A BRAND NEW BIKE!
